I always do my best to picture the items and complete your order in the best possible way. If for whatever reason you’re unhappy with your order, please contact me.


Shipping overage

With shipping costs fluctuating constantly it’s sometimes hard to estimate the actual shipping costs beforehand which may lead to you paying too much for shipping. This especially goes for overseas shipping.
Any shipping overages will be refunded.


Returns

I accept returns

Contact me within 14 days of delivery, prior to shipping anything back.
Ship items back within 30 days of delivery but not before having contacted me with a request to return (part of) your order.

I don’t accept cancellations

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can’t be cancelled or returned

Because of the nature of these items, custom orders, once placed, can’t be cancelled or returned.
If you have any questions about your custom order or things are unclear, please don’t hestitate to contact me before placing the final order.

Conditions of returns

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I don’t guarantee that I will receive your returned item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed as quickly as possible, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank or paypal account again and contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact me.
